Has pure, focused cherry and red plum flavors and fine, minerally tannins in the mouth; it finishes with the same broad wheat and biscuit notes that you’ll find on the nose. It’s New World in style, though it tastes like nothing out of Oregon or California. Total case production is 200; only 60 make it stateside.
