This is 80% Chardonnay and 20% Gewürztraminer; sharp and sweet/sour, with considerable residual sugar masking some bitter phenolics.

Oxidized almost to the point of being tawny in the glass, this soft and buttery wine has virtually no fruit left, and finishes with a bitter edge.
