A fine, full-bodied Cab, fleshy and fat in blackberry and cassis flavors and a grilled-meat chewiness. This fully dry wine has rich, sweet tannins and a good finish. It should hold and improve a bit with several years in the bottle.

A decent Chard with some peach, apple and oak flavors, and a creamy texture. Turns a bit sharp and spicy on the finish.
