I continue to enjoy these lighter styled Burgundies and this one is nicely made from a well-known producer; sweet ripe nose of black cherries and earth, lots of spices in the nose and surprisingly deep and focused; sweet fruit nicely balanced with citrus fruit flavors; smooth and silky with nice textures; could use more body and fruit to bring down the acidity levels, which are a bit daunting but not oppressive; nice smooth finish; again, as with many of these wines, a great price point for a good wine from a top producer.
