This 60% Mavro and 40% Maratheftiko red blend is the winery’s staple wine, and a great introduction to native Cypriot varieties. Red berries, spice and a touch of vanilla are buoyed by a fresh acidity, giving the wine a food-friendly advantage. A wine with structure and elegance, that will pair well with cheeses, meats and game.
