Starts with a nice ripe and rich nose, leather and tobacco, earth and smoke, lots of tar and rubber; rich and ripe in the mouth; this is obviously made from very ripe fruit, lots of black cherry; good tannins, black pepper very dominant in the back of the mouth; good finish, lacks complexity but has good elements of Pinot Noir fruit.
