Quite sweet, with tangy spice, menthol and tangerine notes backed by peach and apricot flavors. A bit like Asti Spumante.

Very fruity and sweet, like an inexpensive Moscato, this has a bubble-gum, candied quality and a very soft feel. In truth, it makes no pretense, bearing the name vin doux, or sweet wine. Simple, with sweet-tooth appeal and very low apparent acidity.
