From old vines, this intensely flavored wine is deliciously ripe, a product of the hot summer of 2005, but retains the essential acidity and citrus flavors of good Sancerre. Packed with fruit now, it will soften, ripen and gain almond layers that will give it even more complexity. Imported by Diageo Chateau & Estates.
