Sweet nose with lots of rich fruit aromas, basis is black cherries, but there are elements of damp wood and smoke with a touch of peat and dry chalk; sweet and smooth in the front of the mouth, shifting in the middle-mouth to more complex elements with dry tannins and earthen textures; slightly tough at this stage, but still pleasant; finish has more finesse and elegance with dryness and good acidity, good balance at the end with light acidity and good fruit mixed in a slightly smoky environment.
