A lively, crisp blanc de blancs that comes from Chouilly in the Côtes des Blancs. It is green, flavored with cinnamon, baked apples along with some good, steely fruit.

Intended as a vintage to be drunk young, this is a skilful blend of different fresh, relatively light Chardonnays. It is crisp, a great apéritif wine, although with its particularly tiny bubbles, it is also good as a food wine.

Making a vintage only from Chardonnay, the Gimmonet family is able to bring out the best of the year. This wine retains its crispness, minerality, almost chalky texture and fresh pear flavors. Its freshness promises aging potential.

The aromas are almost honeyed, the palate is poised, elegant, crisply green. Despite its youth, this blanc de blancs shows delicious white fruit and crisp green flavors. Great as an apéritif, as it develops and ages, it should also be a good food wine.

Like all the Gimonnet wines, this is very dry, relying for its richness on the ripe Chardonnay (much of it grand cru from Cramant). This is crisp and clean, with pink grapefruit flavors that give it a lift and liveliness, and a fresh green aftertaste.

This wine is dry, without any dosage to soften the dryness. But the richness of the fruit amply compensates, and leaves a finely balanced wine, which now has some age. The aftertaste, with its crisp feel, is completely refreshing.

This is a finely balanced wine, with a touch of toast and smooth, creamy fruit. For a Chardonnay, it is weighty, full-bodied, well balanced and certainly a wine to go with food.

A blend of Grand Cru wines from Cramant and Chouilly and Premier Cru from Cuis (which is why it is only premier cru), this is all about freshness. It’s more of a soft year, so this has a lightness and crispness while giving an open character over the creamy fruit.

This is a light, poised wine, very fruity, with a fresh, lightly green flavor. The freshness makes this an attractive wine, made from fruit grown in the village of Cuis near the Gimonnet winery.

Fresh apples and cream aromas with a tight citrus and mineral edge. The fruit is fresh but, with the attractive ripeness of white currants. Very full in the mouth, very much a wine, suggesting an ability to go with food.
