Very pale, almost orange-pink, and dry, with a fragile texture housing flavors of orange peel, herb tea, cinnamon and smoke. Made in a lighter style, yet elegant and polished.

Polished and pretty, with a silky texture and dry flavors of cherries, sassafras, anise, sandalwood and pepper. A touch of bitterness shows up mid-palate and lasts through the finish. Now–2011.
