Here’s a perky and refreshing white blend of Verdeca and Bianco d’Alessano from Puglia with clean notes of peach and nectarine backed by honey and dried grass. The wine is lean and thin in texture with a bright, crisp close.

Aromatic accents here include apple cider, chocolate and cherry. The wine has personality but sings out of tune in places, although it could work well with easy pasta or meat dishes. This expression of the wine has 80% Negroamaro and 20% Malvasia Nera.

Here is a ripe and dense expression of Negroamaro with big, chewy notes of black fruit, cherry, olive, moist tobacco, red apple and cola. The wine is smooth and easy going with polished tannins.
