Raspberry and earth tones open this medium-weight Provence blend. There’s cherry fruit and a moderate level of complexity on the palate but also a slightly funky note in the background. Tannins are forceful but polite; try with pork roast.

Spicy, ripe wine, full and packed with red cherries. It has weight and richness along with balanced, bright acidity. It could age a few months—maybe a wine for Thanksgiving turkey?

This blend of 45% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, 25% Tibouren and 5% Syrah comes across as slightly heavy for a summer rosé, although it does have charming aromas and flavors of stone fruit and citrus, backed by fatty, white-chocolate notes.

Despite displaying less power and weight than the top wine from Rimauresq, this wine shows a delicious sense of harmony and crispness. Peach and lemon flavors are underscored by firm minerality. Good value.
