Pajoré is a classic expression of Barbaresco with clean and elegant lines and a wonderfully vertical and intense delivery of aromas. The bouquet is generous with tones of forest berry, root beer, tar, licorice, dried pipe tobacco and a touch of bitter almond on the close.

This unique Barbaresco delivers power and personality with aromas of cherry liqueur, tar, asphalt, mesquite and slight touches of barbecue smoke. More than fruity aromas, you get floral ones here, especially red rose and violet. In the mouth, the wine is silky, tight and fresh.

When compared to Nebbiolo, Barbera offers fewer tannins and more acidity. This is why it’s a perfect pairing partner to cheesy pasta dishes, lasagna or any other fatty dish. The aromas here are fresh and tonic and recall bright cherry, allspice and blackberry.

Very distinctive and unique in terms of its aromatic delivery, this beautiful Barbaresco boasts complex layers of licorice, root beer and white cherry that help support a lively vertical lift. A light ruby appearance is followed by tight astringency and crushed black pepper. Pajoré plays the elegance card very well.
