Baked red apple, soft peach and a touch of whole vanilla bean fill the bouquet, while notes of clementine rind and soft wood develop in the mouth. Round but not fat with medium acid and a solid finish. Drink now.

This example shows a bit more character than many Pays d’Oc Chardonnays. Pretty scents of lemon and honeysuckle lead to a palate with above-average concentration and lovely lemon meringue pie flavors. Tangy acidity renders this a good choice for salmon.

A solid, enjoyable Cab with nice aromas and flavors of cassis and black plum with a hint of menthol. The medium-weight mouth, moderate tannins and lovely coffee-infused finish makes this wine easily approachable and quite enjoyable now.
