A Demeter-certified wine, made with biodynamic grapes. Has fragrant aromas of ginger and cola going for it, though it’s less of a powerhouse in terms of flavor. Smooth papery tannins give the wine structure, but the fruit on the palate is pretty pedestrian. Imported by Organic Vintners.
