This wine pairs very well with steak au poivre, sweet Italian sausage, grilled meats and cheese. One of my new favourites!!!

This is a lovely wine that pairs very well with Oysters, roast chicken, sushi and of course drunk on its own.

A gently perfumed, dry white that offers complexity without overpowering aromas. The delicately perfumed nose offers a breeze of fresh floral and tropical notes. The palate offers layers of ripe fruit – grapefruit and melon – and minerality balanced with lively acids through to a nice long finish.

Beautifully textured, gracefully structured, and remarkably balanced – ripe, but restrained fruit, and not overpowered by oak. The Malbec offers a perfumey nose of black cherry extract, and a palate of concentrated sweet fruit with exotic hibiscus. The Merlot contributes notes of black fruit, ripe plum, dried cranberry, hints of cedar, with the texture of a concentrated reduction sauce. The Syrah brings juicy, ripe red berries, wild plum jam, vanilla, and a little spice
