My palate could not appreciate the meaty, gamy edge to this cab. It reminded me of the way my dad's jacket smelled after he returned from the hunting lease. Needless to say, once I was old enough to comprehend what he actually did there, I may have lost my appreciation for this wild, outdoorsy scent.
