Light nose, earthen, acidic, touch of smoke and wood; a bit dry and thin in the mouth, there is fruit here, red cherries and plums, but it is recessive now, covered with a layer of woody tannins with an almost sooty character; clean and fresh if not particularly complex; nice finish, pleasant, but not impressive.
