This is a truly amazing Sauvignon from northeast Italy that rests on the lees for three years to shape a rich, complex and elegant white wine. The variety’s characteristic aromas of exotic fruit and spring flowers are all there and the wine is impressively generous and creamy on the finish.

Creamy and smooth with a dense and sophisticated style, this is the kind of top-shelf Pinot Grigio you could pair with lobster bisque or New England clam chowder. There are pretty aromas here of yellow flower, acacia, peach, pear and citrus.

Col Disôre is one of those Collio (in Northeast Italy) white wines that really works thanks to the natural creaminess and softness of the fruit. The aromas include passion and exotic fruits along with banana, pineapple and vanilla. Pair it with seafood or pasta salad.

Horus (a fabulous blend of 90% Picolit with smaller percentages of Sauvignon and Friulano) opens with a golden-amber color and segues to aromas of honey toasted almond, dried apricot, chestnut honey and yellow rose. The wine is thick and creamy with a long close that is driven by both extraction and freshness.
