Barolo isn’t known for producing ready-to-drink wines, but this one is already showing signs of maturity and should be consumed soon. Aromas of earth and cherries turn complex with airing, taking on strong licorice and fruitcake scents as well. The tannins on the long finish are soft and ripe.
