Lightly floral on the nose, with modest green apple scents as well. This light, dry Riesling is clean and refreshing, but lacks the flavor intensity to warrant a higher rating.

I'm always skeptical of Rieslings, especially of the ripeness designations and levels of sweetness. However, I was happy that I tried this one. It was delicate and deliciously DRY. It was perfect with smoked trout.
