The aroma is suggestive of plums, blackberries and white pepper, and a nice overlay of oak. Tastes rich, too, although the tannins are like a stick in the eye.

Sweet Tart and leather aromas and flavors segue to pruney, stably flavors. Medium-weight, it closes with tart cranberry and spice flavors.
