This is a delicious wine with amazing jam qualities. Kind of reminds me of a dark cherry fruit rollup for grown ups. I think this would be amazing with some TCHO "Fruity" Chocolate.

The Cab was the best wine at the 80 Sips Around the World event. It was a very bold and smooth taste. I can't wait to get this cab in my collection
