Robust, with ripe plum and cherry flavors, the palate is accented with pleasing briary, earthy notes, but also a hint of green stemminess. Medium-weight, with red fruit and caramel on the nose, it closes with dry oak and green tobacco notes. - D.M.

An enjoyable wine, but one that tastes more built for the masses than for wine sophisticates. Fruit on the palate is juicy and bright, like purple fruit and raspberries; the nose is awash with vanilla bean and cream. Imported by The Vine Press.
