Shows a grassy, almost fumé character to its aromas, then offers up tart grapefruit and unyielding minerally notes on the palate. Tart and crisp; very clean and refreshing on the finish.

Chalky, minerally notes nicely offset the ripe pear and melon flavors in this ripe, slightly viscous Pinot Blanc. Picks up a bit of anise on the finish.
