Smells tart and lean with aromas of white currant, green pepper, hay and feline. The linear mouth offers more orange citrus and slightly sour but surprisingly vibrant watermelon rind flavors. Brisk and mouthwatering; pair with cold soups like watermelon gazpacho or chilled asparagus soup.
