Sweetly charred oak presently dominates the blackberry and cherry flavors that finish so long and strong in fruity power. The tannins are big and hard, making the wine clumsy and rude in youth. Yet it has the overall balance to age well. Give it up to a decade in a cool cellar.

A pleasantly rich Chardonnay, brimming with white peach, pineapple, lemon tart and buttered toast flavors. Gets better as it breathes in the glass. Drink now.
