Soft and dry, and the fruit is beginning to dry out. Comes across as a bit austere and herbal, but with an elegant structure. Best opened soon.

Nice and dry, with rich tannins and savory flavors of blackberries, black currants, cassis and smoky oak. It’s quite tannic, with a dusty, sandpapery mouthfeel. Give it a few years, or double-decant if you drink it now.
