Ample aromas of toast and wood announce the oak treatment this wine received. Oak-inspired flavors like vanilla and nutmeg are further intermixed with lemon and other citrus flavors in the mouth. The finish is a touch flat, and it’s a bit heavy on the back end with banana and coconut nuances—again from the oak.
