A full, chewy mouthfeel and dry tannins keep deep, pure plum flavors in check. A straightforward wine at first, time reveals aromas of bramble and a minty finish. Toasty vanilla meets peach, apricot, and honeysuckle in a classic Viognier nose. Round in the mouth, with moderate acidity, the melon and peach flavors are brushed aside by toasty, buttery oak.
