A cooperative effort of six growers in the Hunter Valley, this is in the region’s traditional savory, meaty-leathery style. Cola, earth and spice flavors are accented by hints of mint, while the mouthfeeel is full and slightly creamy. Pretty good, but could use more length on the finish. Imported by America Uncorked.
