A Merlot-based Bordeaux blend, this stylish wine shows Howell Mountain’s ability to craft a big, dense wine, but the tannins are soft and lush enough to drink now. Cab Sauvignon adds depth, while Cab Franc brings a cherry candy deliciousness. It’s beautiful now, and should hang in there for five to seven years.
