Estate-grown, two-thirds Merlot and one-third Cabernet Franc, it’s another wine from the Naramata Bench. It is almost impenetrable when first poured, inky and dense. Over a period of hours the tart and spicy red fruits emerge, along with the herbal, soy, smoke and olive flavors that often characterize Okanagan Bordeaux blends.
