Briney and cidery smelling, with a heavy, disjointed, cloying palate. Herbal and grassy on the finish, with a sweet, green aftertaste offset by some bitterness. Verdejo is the grape, and that’s not common.

Dusty, flat and about half oxidized, this is a bland version of Verdejo that isn’t unpalatable but lags behind the field. Hits with a thud; very little life to it.
