Starts with strong scents of cured meat and marinade, before turning toward hard-smoked rubber. A bit tart in the mouth, with red raspberry and green pepper notes. Not terribly ruity, with a raw feel. But overall it has more positives than negatives, and it should go well with grilled meats. Imported by 57 Main Street Wine Co.

Good and fruity, with smoky oak and a ton of natural and barrel-aided spice. Solid black cherry and raspberry flavors sit at the core of this fast-maturing Tempranillo, while racy acidity keeps it fresh and healthy. Notes of cedar and cinnamon are pleasant.
