Quite restrained at first on the nose, but then opened up to a melange of baked forest fruits, black plum licorice and clove aromas. More plum and strawberry jam flavors with underlying notes of forest floor, dried herbs and spice on the palate. Moderate acidity but fairly full-bodied, harmonious and well-structured.

Appealing nose of forest fruits, black cherry and garrigue with hints of clove, anise and sweat. Fresh and juicy with lots of lively, warm, jammy flavors that persists across palate. Full-bodied, supple tannins, creamy texture with a fairly long savory finish.
