Plump, fleshy and colorful, which is really the most you should expect from an under-$10, cutely packaged wine like this. The variety is Tempranillo, and while it’s sort of bulky and roasted, it offers a ton of soft blackberry aromas and flavors along with cassis and kirsch. Broad with some faux-butter flavors to the finish.
