Round and spicy on the nose, with a hint of sweet raisin. The palate is ultra ripe and borderline candied, with sweet blackberry flavors, solid tannins and weight. The finish is modest and a bit short, thus more stuffing and layering would make it an even better wine. As is, it’s very good Malbec for the price.
