Starts off a little sluggish, offering up hints of roasted sweet corn on the nose, but those aromas soon give way to scents of pineapple and dried apples. It’s soft in the mouth, verging on flabby, but has some charming flavors of apple and spiced pear that make it enjoyable as a chilled apéritif. Drink now.
