Served at dinner party (after Charles Heidseick '95 and appetizers) before main dinner. Enjoyed by all who did not go directly to reds. Crisp and aromatic, abundant with flavors, but not in an overpowering way. Definitely a very pleasant change from Chard

Served at dinner party (after Charles Heidseick '95 and appetizers) before main dinner. Enjoyed by all who did not go directly to reds. Crisp and aromatic, abundant with flavors, but not in an overpowering way. Definitely a very pleasant change from Chard or Cab Sauv. Also was a very good intermezzo between the Champagne and the Cabs that followed.
