An intense perfume of raspberries, lavender, sage and smoke wafts from the glass, alongside a good dose of lightly charred oak. This pretty aroma leads to a very dry, supple mouthfeel, soft in acidity and light in tannins, which makes the wine deliciously gentle and silky. From the appellation’s west side.
