Tight in the nose, with hints of tomato and black plum. The flavors veer toward plum and cherry, as there’s quite a lot of fruit here. Furthermore, it’s nice and easy on the palate. Some toasty oak appears on the finish, which is buttery and fairly long. —M.S.

Very light, with spicy green aromas and much more tomato than fruit. The flavors are sugary and sweet. It should not be hard to find better Cabs than this.
