A Cab-dominated Bordeaux blend that is still quite tight and austere. Once open awhile, cassis and red currant flavors come into focus, with firm tannins that show some green tea character. There’s a whiff of barnyard here also; moist earth, some stem.

Very juicy, fruity and showing a lot of tangy citrus flavors. This is a fruit-loaded wine, pleasing and forward, but lacking much stuffing or follow-through.
