Very difficult to decipher, this is an awkward wine mostly because of its age. Some of the fresh fruitiness you’d expect from a sparkling rosé is left intact thanks to nicely-integrated acidity. Yet, the nose also imparts duller, Graham cracker notes. Yeasty flavors help shape complexity in the mouth.
