I love this tawny. Have it sitting out on the counter at home right now. It's a great value, widely avaialble (got mine at Costco) and tastes just as good a month after I first opened and recorked it.

Interesting licorice note on the nose. Very crisp with tropical fruit notes. Paired with smoked trout at District.

Earthy with some nice acidity. Definitely a wine to drink with food. Paired with shaved coppa and guanciale at District.

This Rhone blend is the only 80 Sips Challenge wine at Fog City Diner. Stewed cherries on the nose, with smokey notes and a nice touch of acidity that make this a perfect pairing for game meats.

Second 80 Sips Challenge wine at Fog City Diner. Nicely balanced with the grassy acidity you expect in a NZ sauv blanc. I liked this with the mac and cheese on the menu.

Haven't had this in a while and still tastes good, and was glad to find it on the menu at Fog City Diner. More on the dry side for a riesling with a lot of minerality an a hint of stone fruit on the finish.

I tasted some incredible wines at the Wine Spectator Experience in New York, many of which are out of my normal budget. At $50-60 retail, this Bordeaux blend from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia stood out to me among the stars. I wouldn't have blinked an eye if I had been told there was a "1" at the front of the price. I placed an order for a (6 bottle) case as soon as I got home.
