Q1: If you were stranded on a desert island, what one type of food/wine would choose to have?
A1: For red, I love Peter Lehman Shiraz. It's bold with lots of fruit yet is not heavy and can be drunk with all kinds of foods from steak to fish to chicken. For whites, I enjoy Gallo of Sonoma chardonnay as well as Kendall Jackson chardonnay. They are both big, oaky and not dusty. Going back to reds, I also love Gigondas and Chatenau Neuf de Pape.
