Q3: What are your favorite kinds of food?

A3: French Italian Most everything else too

Q7: If you were stranded on a desert island, what one type of food/wine would choose to have?

A7: vintage Bordeaux over 10 years old

Q8: What are your favorite wine memories?

A8: Anniversary dinner with Billicarte-Salmon Rose, 1961 L'Angelus, and 1986 Lafite. Party of 12 in a Winnebago to Ravinia for a picnic - among those consumed were 1961 Lafite, 1934 Haut Brion, and an even older Trockenbeerenauslese. (I had to drive the Winnebago home)

Q9: Do you have any wine-related disasters?

A9: Not having enough sense to taste a wine I decanted at home and funneled back into the bottle to go to a restaurant. Very embarrassing when your own wine, that you have opened, decanted, and brought to dinner is corked.
