I absolutely love this bubbly. Had it again last night at the major 80 Sips (www.bottlenotes.com/80sips) event....only thing I had time to taste! Such a delicious Brut rose- ripe strawberries in cream all the way. 2 Notes
There was a subtle flavor to this wine, which was not expected from the Pinot Noir. It was a lighter red, and there was a definite ripe strawberry flavor. The finish was light and refreshing and not long lasting. A nice lighter Pinot Noir. 1 Note
Really a different big red. Lots of fruit-n-spice upfront with a long-strong finish. Eucalyptus flavor definitely makes it unlike another other wine. 1 Note

I absolutely love Muscat- and this "Spätlese" is probably one of my top three favorite whites in the Bottlenotes portfolio. Truly floral on the nose, with a bouquet of lilacs and lillies, this Muscat evolves into a honeyed nectar without being syrupy. Perfect pairing for spicy food- wonderful contrast. 8 Notes
My bottle was a wee bit corked so perhaps my tasting will not be fair for this wine, but I found it average and not at all complex. I get the liqourice and the wood, but not much else, the no structure to the tannins - nothing there. No spice at all. It lingers with a slightly bitter/sour taste, but again this may be because it was a little off. 2 stars only on benefit of the doutbt that this was simply a bad bottle - this bottle was 1 star. Not a $110 bottle of wine! 1 Note
Very dry, very tart, not whatI expected from a Riesling but not in a bad way. Very nice and refreshing.Subtle floral melony nose, and a strong medium yellow color.I kept thinking how good this would be paired up with sushi. That tartness works in its favor on the aftertaste which is nice and crisp.
To what I owe this lovely surprise, I do not know.Thank you. I have put it in the refrigerator to chill and we will soon enjoy it.If you wish, I will submit our tasting "notes" after enjoying the wine.Thank you, again. Alice Trent 5 Notes
