pronounced black pepper quality on the nose. Quintessesional Jenny Dobson winemaking: though from, this tastes like a Northern Rhone wine. 2 Notes

Beautiful, complex wine with a lot going on. Velvety texture and big mouth puckering tannins. Big fruit, currant, blackberries. 3 Notes

Fruity and aromatic, full-bodied and complex. Just a hint of bitterness offset by the colby cheese stick alongside.

I absolutely love Muscat- and this "Spätlese" is probably one of my top three favorite whites in the Bottlenotes portfolio. Truly floral on the nose, with a bouquet of lilacs and lillies, this Muscat evolves into a honeyed nectar without being syrupy. Perfect pairing for spicy food- wonderful contrast. 8 Notes
